She wasn’t fall down drunk and she wore pants to prevent any potential crotch shot. Is she actually becoming boring? Here she is seen leaving the restaurant last night.

Socially challenged rapper Ludacris is back with a new rhyme bashing Senator Hillary Clinton, Senator John McCain, President George W. Bush, and telling Jesse Jackson to not apologize because he meant it. The rap is basically a campaign advertisement for Senator Barack Obama

The Barack Obama camp has condemned the lyrics and states Luda should be ashamed:
“As Barack Obama has said many, many times in the past, rap lyrics today too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism, and degrading images that he doesn???t want his daughters or any children exposed to,” said spokesman Bill Burton. “This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain, and President Bush, it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with the values we hold dear. While Ludacris is a talented individual he should be ashamed of these lyrics.”
And Bill O’Reilly, Luda’s nemisis, has yet to weigh in, but he for sure will. Luda knows how to stir it up and bring attention to himself and his rhymes. He has done just that yet again.

The commissioner overseeing Britney Spears’ custody hearings feels the recovering pop singer has made enough progress to be ready for overnight visits with her two sons. Britney’s overnight privileges were yanked earlier this year after she barricaded herself and son Jayden in a bathroom, forcing police to break in and snatch up the frightened child.
A closed-door hearing Tuesday, attended by Spears and her ex, Kevin Federline, also saw the return of Spears’s first divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, who has officially replaced Stacy Phillips.
Spears’s demeanor before the commissioner was said to have been “businesslike,” a big change from her pre-breakdown defiant and argumentive behavior.
Details of the hearing’s outcome were not announced but most news sources are reporting that Spears will now be allowed to have her sons Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2, with her overnight.
Britney and Kfed will be back again for another custody hearing July 15.

Britney Spears was awarded overnight privileges with her sons, PEOPLE confirms.
The pop star hasn’t had her children overnight since January following her forced hospitalization at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
A closed-door hearing Tuesday, attended by Spears and her ex, Kevin Federline, also saw the return of Spears’s first divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, who has officially replaced Stacy Phillips.
L.A. Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini confirmed that Spears’s parenting coach attended the hearing and made statements to the court, and that Spears’s demeanor before the commissioner was “businesslike.”
“I think any judge is pleased to see progress being made by parties in a case,” Parachini added.
Details of the hearing’s outcome were not announced. But a source confirms for PEOPLE that Spears will now be allowed to have her sons Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2, with her overnight.
The former couple face a custody trial in August, unless they can settle their case amicably out of court.
Their next hearing is set for July 15.

Britney Spears had overnight visitation privileges with her sons restored by an L.A. court today. TMZ says:
Sources tell us Brit Brit, who has been slowly gaining visitation back inch by inch, has made such progress the Commish agreed in court today she’s ready to have sons Jayden James and Sean Preston with her overnight. We hear Britney’s parenting coach Lisa Hacker was at the hearing today, and answered several questions from the Commish. Britney, who was all business in the courtroom, smiled as she left the courthouse. They’ll be back in court again July 15th. (Source)

A day after her sister Jamie Lynn gave birth to a baby girl, a serious-looking Britney Spears returned to Los Angeles on Friday to a crush of rowdy paparazzi at the airport.
After the group – consisting of Spears, assistant Brett, father Jamie and bodyguards – made their way down a terminal escalator, Jamie Spears pushed photographers out of the way. Britney, wearing sunglasses, was bumped several times.
Hours earlier, the pop singer gave a tearful goodbye to family at the New Orleans airport after being on hand for the birth of her niece Maddie Briann. On the plane, Spears kept to herself in first class on the Delta flight, which also included celebrity passenger Amanda Bynes.
“Britney didn’t seem happy and was mostly resting,” says a Meredth Wood, a fellow passenger. “She kept her sunglasses on for most of the flight.”

There have been previous reports that Britney Spears has been getting into the recording studio as part of her rehabilitation “for fun”. But now Britney is said to be officially working on an upcoming album, according to her vocal producer and co-writer, Jim Beanz.
TMZ reports in regards to the new album that Britney is working with Vegas kingpin George Maloof and is recording at Maloof’s Palms Casino in Las Vegas.
Former manager Larry Rudolph is back in the picture and is said to be producing the album.
Maloof is trying to extend his long arm into the music biz and is also behind Ali Lohan’s upcoming album.

Britney Spears returned home to Los Angeles on Friday to a swarm of waiting paparazzi at the exit ramps of the airport, all wanting to get information on her new little niece.
Spears’ group - which consisted of the Toxic singer, her assistant Brett, father Jamie and a number of bodyguards - were swamped by photographers as they made their way down a terminal escalator. Father Jamie was forced to push the pesky paparazzi out the way so they could exit the airport. During the scuffle, Britney was bumped several times.
A few hours earlier, the pop star had said a tearful goodbye to her sister, Jamie Lynn, who had just given birth to daughter Maddie Briann the day before.
Eyewitnesses who shared the flight from New Orleans to L.A. with Spears said the singer looked less than happy, and spent most of the trip sleeping with her dark sunglasses on.
“Britney didn’t seem happy and was mostly resting,” fellow passenger Meredth Wood said. “She kept her sunglasses on for most of the flight.”

Pregnant teen star Jamie Lynn Spears has given birth to a baby girl, People is reporting.
The baby, who is a first for Spears and her young fiancé Casey Aldridge, was welcomed into the world on Thursday morning. They named the newborn Maddie Briann.
A source revealed: “Just the family was there. Everyone is healthy and happy.”
Little Maddie Briann was born at approximately 9:30 a.m. at an undisclosed hospital in Mississippi, near the Spears hometown of Louisiana.
Jamie Lynn’s big sister, Britney, who already has two children of her own, flew down on Wednesday with their father, Jamie, and brother, Bryan, so they could all be with her for the birth.
The paternity of Spears’ child was leaked by Life & Style magazine back in early May. The magazine had originally given the Zoey 101 star a due date of June 29. Guess little Maddie Briann couldn’t wait until then.

Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a healthy baby girl early this morning. Jamie and her fiancé Casey Aldridge named their child Maddie Briann. Maddie was born at 9:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
Everyone is reported to be healthy and happy. At this time we don’t know if it was a natural birth but the word was that a c-section had been previously scheduled because the fetus was in the breech position. PEOPLE confirms exclusively that the baby was named Maddie Briann.
I am not sure where Maddie came from but Briann very likely came from Jamie Lynn’s older brother Bryan who seems to be the steadiest of the Spears clan. This family likes naming their kids after their family members. Jamie Lynn is named after her dad Jamie and mom Lynn Spears.

Britney Spears is back home in Kentwood, Louisiana. Spears, along with her dad and brother, left L.A. for LA so they can be with Brit’s younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears as she awaits birth of her first child.
OK! can confirm that the 26-year old singer took a commercial flight out of LAX and touched down in New Orleans on Wednesday afternoon accompanied by her father Jamie Spears, brother Bryan Spears and Brit’s assistant Brett.
Warm up the gumbo, chill the beer, and let the Louisiana party begin as Spears Incorporated prepares to add another one to the circus.

Britney Spears is set to fly to her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana, on Wednesday, as her pregnant sister Jamie Lynn, 17, prepares to give birth, a source tells Usmagazine.com.
The singer, 26, could stay home for at least a month.
At a hearing in her conservatorship case on Tuesday, a L.A. court commissioner pushed back a July 31 hearing to determine whether her father Jamie should maintain legal control over the singer.
The court commissioner said the singer will be on vacation and won’t be back in time to participate in crucial meetings. (Lawyers will now review matters of evidence in the case at the July 31 hearing.)
At Tuesday’s hearing, the court commissioner also granted Jamie permission to sell the singer’s six-bedroom home in Studio City, California (where she was removed in January and forced into a psychiatric hospital).
Because her father is her co-conservator, the decision to sell the home required a court’s approval.

Take this for what it’s worth considering the highly speculative source. The National Enquirer is reporting that barely 17-year-old Jamie Lynn is going to deliver her baby sometime tomorrow. Sources tell them that she had an ultrasound last week that showed her baby may be in the breech position, so the docs decided to schedule her c-section for tomorrow.
Britney Spears, Jamie and the rest of the clan have already flown into Kentwood, LA.
Casey and Jamie Lynn are reportedly having a girl. And just like the inspiration for Jamie Lynn’s name, the teen couple are planning to name their baby a combination of both their names, Cailynn or Cassie.

Britney Spears‘ dad, Jamie, continues to liquidate his daughters assets in an attempt to clean up her finances. At Tuesday’s conservatorship hearing, the court commissioner granted Jamie permission to sell the singer’s six-bedroom home in Studio City, California (where she was removed in January and placed into a psychiatric hospital). He’s already sold off several of her seven cars and now he is going to put her Studio City house on the market.

There are two sets of guard gates keeping Britney Spears’ potential new neighborhood from the paparazzi. The potential move also puts her closer to her young sons and ex-husband Kevin Federline. Britney Spears’s father intends to sell her Studio City home in the latest liquidation of her assets, it was revealed in Los Angeles probate court Tuesday.
The hilltop house, located in a gated community, has been the scene of the recent drama in the singer’s life, including the night in January she was taken from the property in an ambulance and forced into a psychiatric hospital.
It was not immediately clear where she intends to move. But a source close to Spears said, “Having more privacy and wide open spaces for her to raise her boys has been a goal for some time.”
In March, a court granted her father, Jamie Spears, the power to “sell or dispose of” an undisclosed number of her seven cars. Jamie remains in legal control of his daughter’s affairs until a July 31 hearing.
Also, her court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, said in court that Britney would be out of state for several days – but he did not offer an explanation of why or where.
Another source tells PEOPLE that Spears is set to head back to Louisiana this week to be by her sister Jamie Lynn Spears’s side as the younger sibling welcomes her first child with fiancé Casey Aldridge.
The source says Jamie Lynn, 17, has “not been feeling well” recently, causing the family to push up their travel plans. Their father, their older brother Bryan and Britney’s assistant are all expected to make the trip, as well.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m having a hard time buying the denials made by Britney’s rep on the “pregnancy” issue…
As these latest pictures show, Britters has certainly packed on the kilos since settling down on the drug binges and suicide attempts. I mean, it doesn’t look like comfort-food-weight to me… her legs seem nicely toned, it’s just the mid-section that’s gotten larger.
A baby belly, perhaps?

Britney Spears and Sam Lutfi leaving the Four Seasons on November 14
Remember last year when Britney Spears drove over someone’s foot three times in less than a month. The last incident occurred on November 14 in the driveway of the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. To make a long story short: Britney + too many paparazzi = foot run over. Luckily for Britney, she’s not being charged for the incident because she probably didn’t remember what happened. Us Weekly says:
The police determined that the singer was not aware of the November 14, 2007 incident, when she was driving in front of the Four Seasons Hotel in L.A. A video of Spears driving slowly as a photographer cried out about his foot was widely circulated online at the time.
“The pictures and videos do not show the victim’s foot being hit,” the police report says, “[Spears] made a statement to the police indicating she had no recollection of the event and that she was not aware at the time that her car had come in contact with any one.” (Source)
Considering how much prescription medication/drugs/chocolate Britney was on at the time, is anyone surprised “she had no recollection of the event”? Britney probably doesn’t remember getting married, having kids, or her 20s let alone running over some scumbag paparazzo’s foot. Expecting Britney to recall what happened that day is about as unlikely as expecting Kendra Wilkinson to remember the alphabet, addition, or what non-wrinkled balls taste like.
