Jennifer Connelly

A report in Life & Style magazine that Jennifer Aniston wanted to exclude her He’s Just Not That Into You co-star Jennifer Connelly from a group cover shot for Marie Claire is “absolutely absurd,” Aniston’s rep told Usmagazine.com.
“There is no drama whatsover,” Aniston’s rep clarified.
“Marie Claire wanted Jennifer alone,” the rep said. “It was our idea to make it a group cover as Jennifer has a smaller supporting role in the film.”
The magazine “only wanted to put three of them on the cover” and “definitely wanted” Drew Barrymore, according to the rep.
“We recommended Ginnifer Goodwin because she is basically the lead role in the film,” the rep explained.
And contrary to the report, “Jennifer got along great with Jennifer Connelly.”

It seems there’s a big of off-screen rivalry between Jennifer Aniston and her He’s Just Not That Into You co-star, Jennifer Connelly.
Aniston, 39, reportedly kicked Connelly off the upcoming cover of Marie Claire magazine, after refusing to shoot the cover if 37-year-old Connelly was involved. Sources on the shoot said that Aniston would only agree to grace the cover if she and fellow co-stars Drew Barrymore and Ginnifer Goodwin were the only ones on it.
“Word is, Aniston threatened to pull out if [Connelly] was part of the cover,” the source said. “It was all about getting Jennifer Aniston front and centre and looking as sexy as possible.”
What exactly is Aniston’s problem with Connelly? No one really knows, though Aniston’s rep was quick to deny that there was any tension at all between the two co-stars.
An insider from the movie set, however, said it was obvious the pair didn’t get along.
“There was no camaraderie between those two whatsoever,” the insider said. “They didn’t seem like friends in the slightest.”
The film, He’s Just Not That Into You, is set for release in October.

The latest big screen version of cult comic book series “The Incredible Hulk” stars Edward Norton as scientist turned monster Bruce Banner.
Director Louis Letterier’s Hulk with an estimated budget of around $125 million is rumoured to be more action orientated than previous director Ang Lee’s 2003 effort.

In this new beginning, Edward Norton takes over from Eric Bana to play scientist Bruce Banner who desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him, which is personified by his alter-ego The Hulk.
The threat of a transformation, which occurs when he gets angry, isolates him from the life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross, played this time by Liv Tyler who replaces Jennifer Connelly as Bruce’s love interest.
Joining Norton in the all-star cast is Tim Roth as well as Robert Downey Jr. reprising his role as Tony Stark, Iron Man’s alter ego, to share a scene with William Hurt’s General Thunderbolt Ross.

Jennifer Connelly and husband Paul Bettany are trying for another baby.
The Hollywood couple, who are already parents to three-year-old son Stellan, while Jennifer has a ten-year-old son Kai, from her previous relationship with photographer David Dugan, but want to add to their brood.
Paul, who met Jennifer when they co-starred in ‘A Beautiful Mind’ in 2001, said: “What are we planning to do together? Make babies, or practice making babies.
“I also would love to work with Jennifer one day. She’s quite good at acting, so it would be foolish for me to pass up the opportunity if it came up.”
The ‘Da Vinci Code’ actor accompanied Jennifer, 36, to Elle magazine’s Women in Hollywood event at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons Hotel on Monday night (15.10.07) where he was one of the only male guests.
Paul joked: “I’m kind of like the eye candy. You know, as we walk down the red carpet, I know everybody’s kind of looking at us thinking, ‘How did she snag him?’ So it boosts my confidence.”
But the British actor - who married Jennifer in 2003 - also revealed he doesn’t like cowboy boots as he feels they give off the wrong impression.
He added to People magazine: “I never wear cowboy boots. I think they’re inappropriate. They imply, ‘I’m hot in bed!’ ”

Mira Sorvino stars opposite Joaquin Phoenix and Mark Ruffalo in Terry George’s drama, Reservation Road, for Focus Features.
The film centers on a father who accidentally kills a young man in a hit-and-run forcing the two families to clash over the horrific tragedy. Phoenix and Ruffalo play the respective fathers of the two families with Jennifer Connelly playing Phoenix’s wife and Sorvino playing Ruffalo’s ex-wife.
Pretty like the ‘girl next store’

But wearing a dress the girl next store probably doesn’t have in her closet

Mira has a great body including those legs

Jennifer Connelly does the unthinkable. She considers the needs and feelings of her biological children in making a decision to adopt an African child. Jennifer says that she and husband Paul Bettany have “absolutely considered adopting” but that her older son from her first marriage would have found it disruptive.
“He’s had a lot of change so of course I really have to be sensitive to him,” she said. “One of the kids I became close to was older than him. What would that mean to my family? Would my son feel displaced, all of a sudden having an older sibling who didn’t speak the language and would need so much more time and attention? These are all concerns of mine and reasons why I didn’t come home with a child even though, believe me, I would call Paul at night when he was away. I’d say, ‘There’s this baby and I don’t know what to do and I love him so much and if I leave here he might die.’?
She hasn’t, however, ruled out the possibility of an adoption. “It’s complicated, but we are still considering.? See kids, not all celebrities are idiots.

The Top Celeb Television Picks for 2006:
Ashlee Simpson: Desperate Housewives – “It’s one of those shows like Sex and the City – every girl likes it.”
John Stamos: South Park – “The show is so timely. If something happens, in like two weeks it’s parodied on there.”
Nicky Hilton: The Girls Next Door – “I just think they’re so funny.”
The Top Celeb Movie Picks for 2006:
Jaime Pressly: The Departed – “It was amazing. It’s a brilliant film. Everyone in it was great.”
Anjelica Huston: Borat – “I don’t know if it’s the best movie, but it’s the funniest. I have never laughed so hard in a movie. I’ve never laughed so hard, period.
Mike Myers: The Fountain – “It’s beautiful. I’ve never seen anything like it. All the performances were great. It was transformative.”
The Top Celeb Music Picks for 2006:
Anne Hathaway: Jenny Lewis with the Watson Twins, Rabbit Fur Coat – “You can just listen to it start to finish and it tells a story. It’s beautiful, funny and very subversive. I really love it.”
Zach Braff: Joshua Radin, We Were Here – “It’s just the greatest music. He’s a really talented guy. He’s like the new Paul Simon.”
Katharine McPhee: Christina Aguilera, Back to Basics – “I really like her record. I think she brought some cool old-school stuff to it, and amazing vocals.”
The Top Celeb Literary Picks for 2006:
Terrence Howard: Veronika Decides to Die by Paulo Coelho –”It teaches you to enjoy each moment.”
Ben Affleck: Guns, Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond – “I’m reading a lot of nonfiction. . . .This is really good right now.”
Jennifer Connelly: In the Land of Magic Soldiers by Daniel Bergner – “That was the last one I read – it was actually about Sierra Leone, where Blood Diamond takes place. It was really fantastic.”
Patricia Heaton: The Tiny One by Eliza Minot – “It’s about a girl who loses her mother, and she chronicles the whole day before she finds out her mother died. She’s exactly the age I was when my mother died. I’d read a few pages and then start sobbing.”
